Laser unit LK-5VM is designed for local heat treatment of the surface layer of parts, namely hardening, annealing, melting, alloying, repair and restoration cladding. The unit is a stationary, high-performance, automated, fully repairable, high-resource industrial equipment designed for use in batch and piece production with the possibility of multi-shift operation, is performed in the basic version with the possibility of optional equipment with additional devices and systems that expand its functionality.
The laser unit implements processes associated with partial melting of the material of the processed part, such as repair and restoration surfacing, using filler material in the form of wire or powder, alloying of the surface layer of the material using ligatures preapplied to the surface in the form of suspension.
