High-vacuum hybrid turbomolecular pump VGTN-150 is designed for obtaining high vacuum in various vacuum-technological installations for industrial and research purposes.
Frequency converter (FC) of rotation is designed to control three-phase high-speed asynchronous electric motor of VGTN-150 pump and to monitor the main parameters ensuring the pump operation. The IF provides acceleration, speed control and braking of the electric motor rotor in operation modes without speed sensor.
A set of mounting parts connects the frequency converter with the electric motor, with the temperature sensor, provides power supply to the blower fan.
