The fluoroplastic shell-and-tube heat exchanger is designed for heating (vaporisation) or cooling (condensation) of media. All parts in contact with aggressive media are made of fluoroplastic, which in turn has high resistance to aggressive, corrosive media.
The apparatus consists of a cylindrical casing, inside the casing there is a tube bundle made of F-4D tubes of 3,4 and 5 mm diameter with wall thickness corresponding to 0,4 and 0,6 mm, as well as details of sealing of tube grids of the tube bundle in the casing of the apparatus. The material of the heat exchanger shell is steel 12?18?10?, if aggressive liquids or vapours circulate in the intertube space, then the housing execution is St20+F-4.
TFC are manufactured with heat exchange surface from 0,1 - 50 m2. Pressure in the pipe space at temperature 150°C up to 0,2 MPa.
At temperature 20°C up to 0,6 MPa. In the intertube space 0.1 MPa at 150°C, up to 0.6 MPa at 20°C.
