Asbob ЩЧ96 bir fazali elektr tarmoqlarida va boshqa o'zgaruvchan tok zanjirlarida chastotani o'lchash va o'zgartirish uchun mo'ljallangan, natijada olingan qiymatlarni doimiy tokning bir xil chiqish signallariga aylantirib, RS485 raqamli interfeysi orqali uzatadi (Modbus RTU protokoli).

Asbob energetika va boshqa sanoat sohalarida elektr parametrlarini nazorat qilish uchun qo'llaniladi. RS485 interfeysi orqali ma'lumot almashish imkoniyati, doimiy tokning analog chiqish signallari va diskret chiqishlar mavjudligi asbobni turli maqsadlar uchun avtomatlashtirilgan tizimlarda ishlatishga imkon beradi.
