Mast substations are transformer substations of outdoor installation. They are used in power supply systems in rural areas, holiday villages, agricultural facilities and small industrial enterprises.
They are installed on reinforced concrete or wooden supports of A-shaped or U-shaped construction, equipped with a service platform.
Pillar substations are mounted on mains poles.
