The MMT E24 kit allows to determine the following biochemical properties of Enterobacteriaceae: presence of urease, indole formation, presence of lysine decarboxylase, utilisation of mannitol, sodium citrate, sucrose, inositol, presence of phenylalanine deaminase, formation of hydrogen sulphide, presence of arginine dihydrolase, ornithine decarboxylase, utilisation of lactose, sodium malonate, sorbitol, dulcite, maltose, presence of ?-galactosidase, utilisation of arabinose, rhamnose,
adonite, raffinose, salicin, glucose, presence of nitrate reductase. Shelf life - 12 months.
