For MENA and LatAm tropics we recommend pocket-spring with HR-foam (better ventilation) or natural Talalay latex with bamboo/Tencel ticking — they dissipate heat 30–40% better than memory foam.
•Are Russian mattresses certified to CertiPUR-US, Oeko-Tex 100 or EU REACH?
Yes — major exporters hold Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I (baby-safe), CertiPUR-US for PU foam, and REACH SVHC declarations. FR-treated versions meet 16 CFR 1633 (US federal flammability) on request. Certification adds ~5% to FOB cost; certificates are issued by Intertek Moscow or SGS Russia.
