•What construction materials and edge banding are used?
Standard construction: 16-18 mm melamine-laminated particleboard (LDSP) from Egger/Kronospan (E1 emission), MDF facades with film/paint/UV finish, PUR hot-melt edge banding (2 mm visible, 0.4 mm internal). Premium versions use solid pine, oak, or birch facades. Fittings: Blum/Hettich (premium) or Boyard (Russian, 30-40% cheaper).
•Are hallway sets modular and can buyers mix configurations?
Yes — modular system is standard. Each module ships independently, customer assembles desired layout on site. Russian factories offer 5-15 modules per collection in matching colour: tall wardrobe, mid-wardrobe, shoe cabinet, mirror panel, banquette, hooks, shelf. Buyers compose hallway by ordering modules à la carte with MOQ per module (10-20 pcs).
•MOQ and container loading for export?
MOQ 10-20 modules per SKU (mix within collection allowed, total 50+ pcs). Lead time: 30-40 days production + 7 days packing. 40HQ container fits one full collection display (~5-8 sets) or 80-150 individual modules in flat-pack. Standard colours (white, oak Sonoma, wenge, anthracite) ship faster; custom decors add 10-14 days.
•How is the set delivered: assembled or flat-pack?
Flat-pack is standard for export — modules ship in 5-layer corrugated cartons with assembly hardware (cam-locks, dowels, screws), Allen key, and printed instructions. One large module = 1-3 cartons. Assembly time per module: 30-60 min for skilled installer. Pre-assembled delivery only for short-haul truck within EAEU.
•Can I order matching mirror with the hallway set?
Yes — most Russian hallway collections include a matching wall mirror or mirrored panel as a module. Mirror size typically 40×100 to 60×140 cm, framed in the same decor as the wardrobe/shoe cabinet. Some collections offer mirrored facade on the wardrobe door — adds storage and visual space to small hallways. Specify mirror module in collection PO.
•What about warranty and after-sales support for export markets?
Standard warranty: 24 months on body and frame, 12 months on hardware (hinges, runners, drawer mechanisms). For export markets we ship a spare parts kit (extra cam-locks, dowels, 1 set of replacement hinges) free of charge with every container. Detailed assembly video links and PDF instructions provided. Hardware brands (Blum, Hettich, Boyard) have global service networks.
•Do hallway sets include hooks, knobs, and other small accessories?
Yes — full set includes door knobs/handles (typically chromed steel or aluminium, matching collection style), hooks for coats (4-8 hooks on panel), umbrella tray base for floor coat racks, anti-tip wall anchors, assembly hardware.
