Systems are designed to measure the speed of vehicles (hereinafter - TS) by radar method, by video frames in the control zone and on the controlled road section in automatic mode, to measure the values of current time synchronised with the national coordinated time scale UTC(SU), to determine the coordinates of the System location in the plan.
The Systems can be used in three variants:
- stationary variant of placement - modules of the Systems are placed on supports, posts and other elements of motorway arrangement;
- mobile - System modules are placed on tripods, tripods and other similar elements;
- mobile deployment - System modules are placed on board of mobile vehicles.
The Systems are designed for operation at stationary location on rigid roadside structures of the following types of control boundaries:
- on linear road sections;
- at intersections;
- at railway crossings;
- at pedestrian crossings;
