-Polyurethane or ABS sidewalls - impact resistance, shock absorption and effective vibration damping
-VDS tape is additionally glued above the edges for additional vibration damping and to reduce the possibility of delaminations.
-Tweekend - increases edge contact length and effective glide surface area
