Floor contact grill due to the upper and lower grilling surfaces cooks the product simultaneously on both sides, halving the cooking time. The ETKV1 has one cooking zone with an independent control panel. The time, the heating temperature of the cooking surfaces and the height of the gap are programmed on the touch screen display with a simple and easy to understand interface. The user interface allows diagnostics and error detection.
The adjustable gap between the roasting surfaces can be adjusted from 0 to 35 mm. The housing is made of stainless steel. The 25 mm thick lower grilling surface has a combined construction (steel+aluminium). The upper heating element is made of cast aluminium.
The upper flap has a fixing for the installation of Teflon sheets. On either side of the pressure grill are steel containers for collecting excess fat and food waste from the grilling surface.
