Description

Zinc sulfoselenide for thin layer optics (TU 2622-040-48591565-2014) is light yellow tablets of 12-255-15 mm size or targets with density 4,5-4,7 g/cm3. Reacts with acids, insoluble in water. Transparency area 0.5-16.0 µm.Chemical formula ZnSZnSe.

Recommended evaporation temperature 1000-1100 C. Purpose and scope of application: as a starting material for manufacturing thin-layer optical coatings by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum. Product packing is carried out according to GOST 3885.
