Zinc Sulfide-Cerium (III) Fluoride for Vacuum Coating Applications

Zinc sulphide cerium (III) fluoride for vacuum spraying, TU 20.59.59-002-38857157-2023, - mixture with different content of components: ZnS from 10 to 90%, CeF3 from 90 to 10%, respectively. It is light beige tablets or targets in the form of cylinders with height from 4 to 30 mm and diameter from 8 to 300 mm, insoluble in water. The chemical formula is ZnS?CeF3.

The area of transparency is 0.4-15 µm. Refractive index n in the film at l= 550 nm is 2.0-2.1. Apparent density is 4.2-7.5 g/cm3.

The delivery set includes the product packed in polyethylene cans or bags, provided with labels indicating the contents of the cans or bags, as well as a document on the quality of the product.
