Description
Zinc-cadmium sulfide for thin-layer optics (TU 2622-040-48591565-2014) is a greenish-brown tablets of size 12-255-15 mm, insoluble in water, with density 4,2-4,4 g/cm3. Reacts with acids. Chemical formula ZnSCdS.
Recommended evaporation temperature is 1000-1100 C. Purpose and scope of application: as a starting material for manufacturing thin-layer optical coatings by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum Packaging of the product is carried out according to GOST 3885. Packing group III, IV, V.
