Description
The analysers are designed to measure the mass fraction of chlorine and sulphur in liquid samples such as oil and oil products, hydrocarbons, reagents for the oil industry and aqueous solutions
The analysers include: an X-ray tube, a scanning X-ray spectrometric channel providing measurement of the X-ray spectrum in the wavelength range from 0.4000 nm to 0.5500 nm, a detector, auxiliary electronic assemblies, an integrated controller and a cooling system for the X-ray tube. The scanning X-ray spectrometric channel and detector, are located in a volume which is vacuumised by means of a vacuum pump, the samples are in air during the measurement.
