The vessel is a single-hulled boat with a deckhouse in the middle part of the vessel, aft engine room, open cargo deck in the bow and a folding ramp.

Material of the body is marine alloy AMG.

The vessel is used to monitor the condition of the water area, work with booms, deliver people and equipment to the unequipped shore. It is used as a special service vessel, aeromobile OSR complex in water areas of rivers, lakes, coastal zone of seas with distance from the shore or carrier vessel not more than 20 miles.

Area of navigation IV category of complexity II, sea area or inland water basin with wave height of one per cent secured up to 2.0 metres and distance from the shore up to 12 miles (sea lanes, inland waterways, inland waterways).
