Wind Rose Airboat R-6N - Ideal for Water Navigation and Slippery Surfaces

Aerolodka "Roza Vetrov" RV-6N is a small-sized vessel capable of travelling on water (including shallow water) and other slippery surfaces (ice, snow, ice hummocks, swamps) in displacement, hydroplaning or gliding modes. It also has amphibious landfall properties: on flat sand, concrete, ground with vegetation. The bottom has a special replaceable protection against penetration in the form of transverse slippery plates assembled overlapping (scales).

The hull is assembled from inflatable and aluminium all-welded parts. The propeller is driven by the engine through a gearbox. It is designed to create motive power.

An under-bottom air blowing system is also installed. It consists of a blower propeller driven by a separate engine and air ducts. When the blower unit is working, an air layer is created under the airboat, which significantly reduces the resistance to the movement of the vessel, allows you to fight the sticking of the vessel after stopping, opens the possibility of landfall.
