Smooth stepless regulation of wheelset rotation speed provides optimisation of cutting modes during machining and increased productivity.
The design of the machine's spindle unit, mounted on precision rolling bearings, ensures long-lasting accuracy, increased rigidity, vibration resistance and minimal heating.
2. Caliper. Own development, which has no analogues in Russia and abroad.
Elimination of backlashes in the feed drives through the use of pre-tensioned, precision ball screw gears of increased cross-section (80x10 mm) and the use of rigid roller thrust radial cross bearings.
