Separator A1-BLS-100 is designed to separate from wheat grain impurities differing from it in width, thickness and aerodynamic properties. Separator of this type is a mill separator for preliminary grain cleaning, it is installed and operated in grain preparation departments of mills. Technical productivity at cleaning of wheat with density of 760 kg/m3, humidity up to 15% and clogging up to 3%, t/h, not less - 100 Efficiency of cleaning from separable weed impurity, %, not less - 40. At the customer's request it can be equipped with horizontal cyclones with anti-suction valves. Temperature regime of separator operation - from minus 30 to +40 degrees Celsius. The separator consists of a closed grid body, suspended from the bed on elastic hangers and a block of two pneumatic separating channels.
