Welding manipulator MS-80 UZ complete with cabinet and control panel

Manipulator welding model MS-80 UZ with lifting capacity of 8000 kg, hereinafter referred to as "manipulator" is designed to tilt and rotate products in a position convenient for welding (cutting) with welding speed at automatic, semi-automatic and manual electric arc welding. With the help of manipulator it is possible to perform automatic welding of butt and corner ring seams, manual and semi-automatic welding of straight and ring seams and other works requiring turning or tilting of products. Manipulators are manufactured in U3 version for operation in temperate climate areas at ambient air temperature from minus 10°C to plus 45°C, with relative humidity not more than 98% at temperature plus 25°C, at an altitude not more than 1000 m above sea level.

The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place, protected from rain, humidity and dust, sheltered from direct sunlight and rain; kept away from moving structures.
