Description
The wedge-shaped foot of cement fixation is made in the form of a wedge and has a rectangular profile in the cross-section, the effectiveness of this design is confirmed by the world experience of clinical application. It has a polished surface that provides a low friction coefficient on the implant-cement mantle surface, eliminates the wear of metal and cement and guarantees the mechanical compatibility and a long serviceability of the stem and cement mantle. It is made of titanium alloy, which, in comparison with imported products, provides it with high biological and mechanical compatibility with the body, high corrosion resistance and allows to reduce the weight load on the implant side by 2 times, to reduce the risk of infectious complications.
