Water Preparation System for Ice Rinks - RLT-Crystal Ice for Efficient Ice Maintenance

The system with automatic process control is designed for water treatment for ice field maintenance and includes highly efficient certified equipment, which creates conditions for increased reliability of the plant during the entire life cycle. The technological scheme of water treatment provides for the following processes:
- mechanical filtration;
- deferrization;
- additional treatment at the sorption-mechanical pressure filter;
- ion-exchange water softening;
- desalination by reverse osmosis system;
- mixing of softened water with desalinated water.
The prepared water enters a heat-insulated storage tank equipped with electric heating elements, which are necessary to heat the water to the temperature set in the process of ice maintenance.
