The principle of operation of the irradiator is based on the use of UV radiation, the source of which are ultraviolet bactericidal lamps. The lamps generate radiation with a wavelength of 253.7 nm, providing maximum bactericidal effect.
The irradiator is designed for disinfection of the air in the rooms of medical organisations of I-III category by ultraviolet bactericidal radiation in the absence of people at the stage of preparation of the room for work as the final link in the complex of sanitary and hygienic measures to reduce microbial contamination of the air.
