The machine is equipped with manifolds moving around the fixed part, allowing the cleaning of the largest and heaviest units due to the increased load capacity. The wash space in the BC series is a cylinder, whose diameter and height depend on the specific model. The rotation of the washing ramps with nozzles is performed by direct drive, without the use of chain gears, which ensures high reliability of the moving parts. The cleaning cycle time and the required temperature of the solutions are set on the control panel. With a monochrome or touch screen panel, the operator can store up to 100 preset programmes for different types of parts.
