Synchronous valve submersible oil-filled motors series VPED modernisation M in the 117 mm dimension (n=3000 rpm) with three-wire supply line, climatic version B, placement category 5 according to GOST 15150 and GOST 15543.1. Motors are designed for continuous operation mode S1 according to GOST IEC 60034-1. Motor control is performed from the valve motor control station with a three-wire power supply line (with an implicit rotor position sensor); the mains voltage should be 380 V ± 15% and the mains frequency 50 Hz ± 1%. The motors are used as a drive for submersible centrifugal pumps for pumping reservoir fluid from oil wells with an angle of deviation from the vertical not exceeding 60 degrees. Motors are manufactured in two heat-resistant versions:
