Vertical Two-Section 5000L Fermentation Tank for Wine Storage

Main use: fermentation of white wines and their storage. Cylindrical vertical tank on trapezoidal adjustable supports made of AISI304 stainless steel (working roofs of sections made of AISI 316), fully insulated and lined with all-welded method, including the upper bottom. It consists of 2 independent tanks each of which has its own lower conical bottom and upper inclined bottom. Each section is equipped with a spiral-type jacket for cooling the wine material, a top round hatch and a side hatch with a thermal insulation box, a closed-type level gauge with CIP system, a decanter with a diopter, a mount for connecting a removable agitator.
