Vertical Diagonal Pump 130DV(DPV)-8/23 for Efficient Water Transfer

Designed for pumping water with total mineralisation (dry residue) not more than 1,5 g/l, with temperature from 274 to 308 K (from 1 to 350C), with content of chloride ions not more than 200 mg/l, sulphates - not more than 600 mg/l, pH from 6.5 to 9.5 with mass concentration of suspended particles not more than 3 g/l (0.3%), size up to 0.1 mm, of which abrasive particles not more than 2%, microhardness not more than 10000 MPa. The pump is rotary lobe pump. The connection of pump and motor shafts is rigid flanged.

Rotor rotation direction is anti-clockwise when looking at the pump from above. The main parts and assemblies of the pump are: casing parts, impeller, guide bearings, shaft, spacer shaft and vane turning drive (manual, electromechanical or hydraulic drive). The design of the casing parts allows the impeller to be dismantled without disturbing the alignment of the entire pump assembly with electric motor.
