Vertical axial pump OV5-47K

Designed for pumping water and other liquids similar to water in viscosity and chemical activity, with the content of suspended particles not more than 3 g/l, of them abrasive particles not more than 2%, with a temperature not more than 308 K (35 ° C).
The pump is axial, vertical with rigidly fixed impeller blades. Water supply to the pump is chamber.
The main parts and assembly units of the pump are: caster ring, rectifier, impeller chamber, rectifying device, pump rotor consisting of shaft and impeller, outlet, guide bearings (upper and lower), mechanical seal, spacer shaft.
The sliding bearings of the pump are guide bearings, take the load from mechanical unbalance of the rotor, as well as the loads arising on the impeller from flow asymmetry.
The design of the impeller chamber allows inspection and repair of the impeller and straightener without dismantling the entire pump.
