Vertical Axial Electric Pump Unit OВ5-47K for Efficient Water Transfer

Designed for pumping water and other liquids similar to water in viscosity and chemical activity, with the content of suspended particles not more than 3 g/l, of them abrasive particles not more than 2%, with a temperature not more than 308 K (35 ° C). The electric pump unit consists of an electric motor and a pump. The electric motor and pump are mounted on separate foundations.

The connection of pump and motor shafts is a rigid flange connection. The direction of rotation of the rotor is anti-clockwise when the pump is viewed from above. The pump is axial, vertical with stiffened impeller blades.

The water supply to the pump is chamber type. Main parts and assemblies of the pump: caster ring, rectifier, impeller chamber, straightener, pump rotor, outlet, guide bearings (upper and lower), mechanical seal, spacer shaft. The design of the impeller chamber allows inspection and repair of the impeller and straightener without dismantling the entire pump.
