Description

Ventilation umbrella is used for air purification from fat, oil, water vapour and is installed in the exhaust ventilation system with remote or built-in fan at catering facilities. Ventilation umbrella is placed over any heat-generating kitchen equipment (cooker, frying cabinet, boiler, fryer, combi steamer, etc.). ZVP series umbrella is used if the kitchen line or its individual elements are located near the wall.
