Research of units and operating modes of the ventilation system. The list of works performed on the training stand: - Drawing up schemes of ventilation with the definition of characteristics of the main and auxiliary equipment.- Study of devices and methods of determining pressures and flow velocities. - Study of velocity distribution diagrams (in terms of dynamic pressure) in the flow of air through a pipeline of circular cross-section using a Pitot tube.

Determination of flow rate on the velocity curve.- Study of the basic characteristics of the fan.- Study of head losses on local resistance. Determination of the coefficient of resistance of the gate valve and the coefficient of flow.
