Kanal-VENT-S Ventilation Fan Housing for Efficient Airflow Management

The fan casing made of galvanised steel with powder coating provides reliable protection against corrosion. A service cover is available for all sizes of Canal-VENT-C for direct access to the impeller and motor during installation or maintenance of the fan. The impellers of duct fans with backward curved blades are made of aluminium and undergo thorough static and dynamic balancing.

The electric motors are asynchronous three-phase motors with external rotor, compact in size. The positioning of the fan impeller inside the air stream ensures efficient cooling of the motor by the incoming air. This increases the service life by reducing the thermal and mechanical load on the bearings.

The standard equipment of duct fan motors with a thermal contact relay provides comprehensive thermal protection. At the bottom of the fan is equipped with a protective mesh against foreign objects. The exhaust is directed downwards.
