Vehicle Frame for Engine and Suspension Components C40R13-2800010-70

Frame C40R13-2800010-70 is designed to accommodate vehicle assemblies and units, such as engine, parts of the front and rear suspension wheels, body, parts of the braking system, exhaust system and so on. The frame consists of two longitudinal elements (spars) and 5 transverse elements (cross members). The frame also includes front leaf spring brackets (2 pcs.), rear suspension airbag brackets (2 pcs.), front suspension travel limiter brackets (2 pcs.), engine suspension brackets (2 pcs.), body brackets (2 pcs.) and reinforcements mounted inside the front and rear members (4 pcs.).

Most of the frame elements are connected by 10 and 12 mm rivets. Body brackets are connected to the spars by arc welding in shielding gas. The frame has a protective anti-corrosion coating of black colour.
