VDP-150 model Long Pasteurisation Bath

The long pasteurisation bath is designed for heat treatment with stirring of milk, milk mixtures, milk products. The pasteurisation bath consists of an inner stainless bath enclosed in a casing and an outer liner.
From the inter-wall space, a water drainage pipe is led downwards. A valve and a cold water supply pipe are connected to it. Overflow pipes are used to maintain a constant water level in the inter-wall space. Mixing of the product in the pasteurisation bath is carried out by a stirrer rotating from a gearmotor. Control of the temperature change of the product and water in the inter-wall space is carried out with the help of thermocouples.
