Description

Variable Information Road Sign (VIRS) is an electrical optoelectronic information, signalling, safety and traffic control device for motorways of all categories, lanes and speed limits, in and out of settlements, railways, tramways, inland waterways, parking facilities, ports and airfields. ZPI is intended to be used as terminal devices for displaying road signs in accordance with the Traffic Rules of the Russian Federation. ZPI complies with GOST R 52289-2004, GOST R 52290-2004 and GOST 32865-2014, has a certificate of conformity and technical specifications approved by the Federal Centre for Road Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. ZPI provides the possibility of simultaneous display of pictograms of road signs and placards on them, if necessary.
