The blood-reagent ratio is 9:1.The tubes with 3.2% sodium citrate are used for haemostasis studies.Full threaded screw threads on the cap and on the tube to avoid spillage of material during transport, mixing and centrifugation, and to open and close the tube repeatedly without splashing the material to avoid the risk of contamination.
