Vacuum Toilet System UV-1 for Efficient Waste Disposal in Aircraft

The toilet bowl UV-1 is a part of the water-vacuum system of waste disposal. It is intended for collection and disposal of waste in the water-vacuum system of passenger aircrafts. WC UV-1 consists of a stand, a bowl, a seat and a lid, a flush ring, a separating valve, a discharge valve, a valve control unit (VUK), an electrical harness.

The divider valve is attached to the rack with a clamp and connected to the flush ring with a union nut. The flush valve is connected to the toilet bowl with bolts using a flange and sealing ring. The toilet bowl is installed in the aircraft lavatory, bolted to the floor.

Metallisation is provided through bolted connection to the aircraft body. Connection of the toilet bowl to the water supply system is provided through a pulsation damper.
