Vacuum Speed Cutter RK-130 "CutterGut" - Ideal for Emulsifying and Mixing

Kutter is a batch machine, used for fine grinding, emulsification, mixing under vacuum or without vacuum of meat, fish and vegetable raw materials. The design uses AC drive of knife shaft and bowl, electronic knife brake, automatic system of labyrinth sealing and lubrication of bearings. The knife head provides reliable fixation of knives, easy maintenance of the knife package, installation of 6 or 8 knives of different shapes.

The body and bowl are made of stainless steel. The round shape of the machine provides minimum dimensions in the workshop, easy washing and maintenance. The cutter has embodied many years of design experience of such manufacturers as Alpina, Laska, Kilia.

A wide range of knife shaft and bowl speeds makes it possible to select the optimum cutting mode for each type of product. Convenient and functional control panel with joysticks provides convenience of work, control over the technological process and the state of the machine.
