Electric resistance vacuum elevator furnace SEVE-32/13 is designed for thermal processes in vacuum or in the environment of neutral gases at temperatures up to 1300°?. It contains the following main units and systems: <ul> <li>- heating chamber, including a cylindrical stainless steel housing, upper and lower lids, side heater, heat insulation unit, mechanism for lifting and turning the loading table, current leads, thermocouples and a table for placing the cage;</li> <li>control cabinet with computerised process control system based on programmable logic controller, which allows to control the technological process both in automatic and manual mode.
