Vacuum Pump Installation with Rotary Vane Pumps "UV-2K-23" for Wastewater Transfer

Vacuum pumping unit with two rotary cam-type pumps with a capacity of 23 m/h. Vacuum installation UV-2K-23 with the use of cam pumps allows to move wastewater from toilets, showers, medical premises, kitchen/camboose through the pipeline to the collection tank or treatment plant. Cam pumps are used to create a vacuum in the system.

The pump housing contains two cams that rotate synchronously in opposite directions to generate vacuum. As the cams rotate, cavities are formed in the pump, which are filled with pumped effluent from the suction connection. Water confined between the adjacent rotor cams and the pump casing moves to the outlet port where the liquid is expelled.

The vacuum system is equipped with a pressure sensor, which transmits a signal to a controller installed in the control panel, which in turn controls the switching on and off of the pump, automatically generating a vacuum.
