Mixer DVAK M-400 is designed for mixing various types of minced meat, mixtures and masses, with a volume of 200 litres (standard 200 litre trolley). The mixer has 2 (two) motor-gearboxes for each auger separately, through which the rotation of augers stirring minced meat is carried out. Screws rotation is possible in direct and reversible direction. The body, augers and agitator bowl are made of stainless steel. End discharge through a hatch, no tilting of the bowl is required. Accelerated unloading with two augers. The safety of the agitator is ensured by a safety grid on top of the bowl. The augers can be spiral or paddle augers of your choice. Optionally can be equipped with: frequency controllers, touch panel control, reinforced augers, loader.
