Description

Pneumatically actuated vacuum bore gates designed to close off vacuum systems. Field of application: in vacuum systems for production of products of electronic industry, electrical engineering, power engineering, instrumentation, mechanical engineering, in scientific research. The valves are equipped with a pneumatic actuator. The working medium is air or gases that do not cause metal corrosion. The valves are manufactured with flanges of various sizes of ISO-K/ISO-F mounting standard.
