It is designed for carriage of piece, tare-unit, packaged and bulk cargoes (according to the "List of cargoes that can be transported by rail in bulk and in bulk") requiring protection from atmospheric effects on the railways of the 1520 mm gauge of the Commonwealth, Georgia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Estonia.
