Description

Designed for mechanical testing in the mode of tension, compression and bending of samples and products from materials: metals, wood, rubber, plastics, textiles, etc. The machine is equipped with an automated measurement and control system. vertical two-column design of the power frame;two testing zones: upper for tensile testing, lower for compression or bending testing ;servo-driven loading system, providing high accuracy of traverse movement when starting and stopping the test, as well as maintaining the set speed during the test; load measurement in the specified confidence range by means of high-precision load cell; one-piece moulded loading traverses; protection of testing machine units and load cell from breakage by traverse travel limiters. Rupture testing machine REM-A is equipped with an automated measuring and control system. The software "M-Test ACS" allows to perform testing according to the mode set from the PC.
