Universal Sports Complex TK-0220-J for Effective Full Body Training

The complex is designed for training all muscle groups, practically represents a compact power complex for training with a barbell, dumbbells and own weight. The basis of the complex is a high-strength steel Swedish wall with a sturnikom for wide and narrow grip. The Swedish wall is accompanied by a suspended bench for the press, which can be installed at any angle to the floor.

The same bench is used for bench presses and dumbbell workouts. In addition, the complex includes hanging bars with armrests for training the abs and barbell racks: a reversible design, with bars and armrests on one side and barbell racks on the other. It can be placed on the wall at any height.
