Universal server based on domestic processor Elbrus-8SV is designed for scientific, engineering, economic calculations and research, organisation of information retrieval systems, creation of basic means of labour automation, as well as for work in information networks. The server performs the functions of input-output, storage and processing of information. The server design provides the possibility of interchangeability of the same type of component parts (devices) without adjustments after replacement. It provides the possibility of expanding the functionality of the server at the request of customers by connecting additional devices, modules or expansion boards.
