Universal Refrigeration Cabinet SHX-0.5-01 for Efficient Cooling and Freezing

Cabinet refrigerated universal SHX-0,5-01 stainless steel. with the upper location of the unit is designed for short-term storage, cooling and freezing of food and beverages at catering and retail enterprises. The cabinet has a hermetic solid-filled (polyurethane foam) stainless steel case, the thickness of the chamber walls is 50 mm, the temperature in the chamber is maintained from -5 to +5 ?.

Operation is allowed at ambient air temperature up to +43 C, relative humidity from 40 to 70%. It is equipped with four shelves-lattice size 545 by 488 mm, each can withstand a load of 40 kg. There is a defrost heating element (automatic defrost) and condensate evaporation bath, dynamic cooling system provides uniform cooling of products on all shelves, the upper location of the unit improves heat exchange properties and facilitates access for maintenance.
