Description
Optical communication cable is designed for transmission of digital communication signals, it is used for suspension on supports of communication lines, contact network of railways and on supports of power transmission lines in points with maximum value of electric field potential up to 12 kV, as well as on bridges and overpasses. The cable has an optical core in the form of a central tube, inside which 2 to 48 optical fibres are located, the free space in the tube is filled with hydrophobic compound along the entire length of the cable. The cable contains an external power element in the form of a steel or synthetic cable. The outer sheath is made of polymeric materials
