Description

Designed for mechanisation of processes: whipping cream, protein creams, ice cream and other confectionery mixtures; kneading dough of different consistency (except for steep) mixing pates, cheeses, mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, minced meat, salads, vinaigrettes. It is made of powder coated steel. It consists of: 25 litre tank made of high quality stainless steel, four-bladed beater, bar beater, minced meat mixer. Additional options: whipper hook-shaped, rolling trolley, tank 25l stainless steel.
