Universal Holder for Vacuum Blood Collection Systems "BERIMED"® - Efficient and Reliable Collection

The universal holder with a cap is designed for use together with a tube for vacuum blood sampling and piercing devices (double-sided needle or luer-adapter together with a butterfly needle) for vacuum blood sampling of the patient. The holder with a cap provides fixation in the fixation device of the needle after putting a cap on it without the possibility of removing the cap from the needle. The holder has the form of a hollow truncated cone made of transparent material, which allows the naked eye to see the filling of the test tube. The base of the cone has an inner diameter sufficient for insertion of vacuum tubes of 13 and 16 mm diameter into the holder. For convenient insertion of a vacuum tube into the holder, the base of the cone is equipped with an outer ring (finger stops), the plane of which is perpendicular to the axis of the holder. The holder has surface protrusions along its length for convenient insertion of the vacuum tube into the holder.
